At The LAIKA Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe is completely risk-free and effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
